(Dedicated to Lieut. J. Harry Edwards, 14th D.L.I., killed 7th January 1917).

Above the lettering is the D.L.I. badge in colour.

1. Mr. and Mrs. Edwards gave £1,000 in February 1919 for the endowment of a cot at the infirmary.
