Unveiled January 1921 by Mr. T. W. Dower, manager of Sherburn House Colliery.

Memorial Description

Plaque 16 inches high x 22 inches wide. There is a wide border of leaves on a black background culminating in roundels in the corners. The names are in two columns divided by a vertical line. Lettering is in a mix of elaborate, sans serif and Roman. Some initials are in red.
