Memorial Description

Plaque set in a wide wood frame. The original brass for 1914-18 has been extended at the bottom in order to add the names from 1939-45. A new frame must have been made to accommodate the additional plaque, since it is complete. There is a border of shamrocks which also divides the names from the two wars. The dedication is in Roman capitals. The names from 1914-18 are listed in three columns, using sans serif capitals throughout. The names from 1939-45 are on one line.

1. This is now more accessible since the Memorial Hall was upgraded and now contains the Post Office.
