Memorial Description

Plaque, with shallow half dome at top, mounted on a wooden base which echoes the shape. There is a wide border of ivy leaves sunk in casting. At centre top is a wreath enclosing a cross, with the dates “1914” and “1919” on either side. The names are listed in two columns divided by a single line. The lettering is in Roman capitals with he quotation at the bottom in Gothic lower case.

In good, clean and well maintained condition.

Notes

1. Apart from the names and final quotation, this memorial is identical in form and pattern to that in Durham Road Primitive Methodist Church. (See G39.39)
