Memorial Description

Plaque, 3 feet high x 4 feet wide, with shallow gabled top. In the gable is carved a sword with a laurel wreath in half relief. There is a scrolled design supporting each side. The names for 1914-18 are listed in two columns, one obviously having been added later since it is out of place. The names for 1939-45 are incised on the bottom frame. All lettering is in sans serif capitals throughout, apart from the quotation which is in sans serif italics.
