Stained glass window of a single light 7 feet high x 1 foot 3 inches wide (2.133 m x 381 mm) featuring an angel with a harp at the top above a scene of David slaying the fallen Goliath. The dedication is at the foot of the window, using Roman capitals throughout.

Killed in action in France 28th June 1918.
