In Suez War Memorial Cemetery is the Commonwealth War Grave of Second Lieutenant Frank Philip Sleigh Lacey, serving with the Royal Flying Corps who died 29/03/1918.

Died aged 26 on Friday 29th March 1918
Interred Suez War Memorial Cemetery, Egypt.

Supplementary Notes:

1. The NIEMME Roll of Honour states that Lacey was a full Lieutenant and served in the Royal Garrison Artillery.

2. Suez was important as a hospital centre and casualty clearing station for British and enemy sick and wounded. The war cemetery here was established in 1918.
