Royal Victoria Infirmary Coroner's Report Number 15, 08/01/1915.
Edward Hogg, 30 years, Private, N/Land Division R.A.M.C. (T.T,) Tynemouth Castle. Died in 1st Northern General Hospital 3am on the 7th.

Deceased died from injuries received by accidentally falling from a Motor Ambulance Van on Shields Road. Walker Gate.
