On the wall are two displays.

One features a photo of Major Cooper, his Victoria Cross and campaign medals and awards etc., including one which shows him being presented with the Victoria Cross in 1917 and being made a freeman of the Borough of Stockton in 1985.

The other display contains photos of the official opening of the room.
