Memorial Description:

Plaque 16 inches high x 22 inches wide (41cms x 56cms).

There is a wide border of leaves on a black background culminating in roundels in the corners.

The names are in two columns divided by a vertical line.

Lettering is in a mix of elaborate, sans serif and Roman.

Some initials are in red.

1. The old chapel was demolished and Chapel Court built on its site.
