Memorial Description:

Plaque set in a mahogany frame.

There is a single line red border, and red lined patterns between the parts of the text.

The top line of dedication forms a gentle curve at the top.

Lettering is in Roman capitals for the dedication and sans serif capitals for the rest.

5 men who died and their Lodge name and Lodge Number.
