Dedicated November 9th 1951 by Rev. R, Brown from St Barnabas’ Church Hendon and unveiled by Mr W Thompson Director of Education.

Light carved oak.

Inscription:

In honoured memory of the old boys of
Villiers Street Technical School
who made the supreme sacrifice during the World War.

Memorial Description:

Plaque with slight curve at centre top.

There is a plain raised border.

At centre top is a badge set into a laurel wreath carved in half relief.

The dates and part of the dedication are on the either side of this.

The names are listed in four columns. All lettering is in elaborate Roman capitals.

1. Villiers Street Technical College became Southmoor Technical College, then Southmoor Comprehensive School, then Southmoor Community School and is now Southmoor Academy (2025)
