“One half of the screen, the table, scroll and stool are to be the War Memorial for the Parish and the cost (£225) has been raised by public subscription”.

Memorial Description:

Chapel, wood panelled, with carved table for altar and benches.

The conversion of the north transept to create a chapel involved making a screen to divide it from nave, new altar, credence table, seating and furnishings.
