Plaque 30 inches high x 18 inches wide (76cms x 46cms) on oak pattress which is 4 inches (10cms) wider.

There is a single line border.

The dates are at an angle across the top corners.

The names are listed in two columns, using only the top half of the plaque.

Lettering is in Roman capitals.
