Oak, made from former seats installed when the nave was rebuilt in 1850, identified as being from the old Forest of Rothbury.

All in one line
They left all that was dear to them, endured hardship, faced danger and finally passed out of the sight of men. Let those who come after see to it that their names are not forgotten.

Memorial Description:

Series of four panels, each 39 inches high x 18 inches wide, (1.06 m x 476 mm) part of the panelling in the chapel.

These panels each have a shallow arched top.

The names are listed in a single column on each panel under a gold cross.

Lettering is incised and painted gold.

Running above these panels and the adjoining panel on either side, is a slender horizontal panel, which bears the dedication in lettering raised in Roman capitals and painted gold on a painted blue background.
