Memorial Description:

Cross standing on a tall pedestal which, in turn, stands on two plinths, the whole set inside a low decorative railing.

The base is 38 inches square (96cms) and approx. 13 feet high (4m).

On the front of the cross a sword and scabbard are carved in half relief.

The names from 1914-18 are listed on the front of the main pedestal using sans serif capitals.

The date is at the bottom, the figures standing proud on a sunken background.

The names from 1939-45 are on the side.
