Memorial Description:

Plaque approx. 24 inches high at its highest point, and 18 inches wide (61cms x 46cms) with rounded top.

There is a simple border.

At the top is a design of two reversed rifles with bayonets bound by a ribbon which extends on either side, and bears “Roll of Honour” in red enamel.

Names are listed in two columns.

The lettering is in Roman and sans serif capitals.

Notes:

1. The memorial was to have been unveiled by Mr. Henry Sadler, who was unable to be present.

2. At the unveiling “photos of the heroes were also attached in the memorial.”
