This is bound in grey leather.

The page between the flyleaf and title page have been inscribed and illuminated by hand, with the dedication on one page and the names on the opposite page.

The dedication page is decorated to look like a plaque with two laurel wreaths at the bottom.

The names are handwritten in two columns.
