Memorial Description:

Plaque 46 inches high x 26 inches wide (116cms x 66cms), with elaborate rounded top, below which is carved a laurel wreath.

The names are listed in three columns, the lettering is in elaborate capitals throughout.

Notes:

1. Faculty shows that originally the Binyon words “At the going down of the sun and in the morning we will remember them” was to be below the names but this was removed from the application by agreement.
