On Tower Hill Memorial is the name of Able Seaman Frank Albert Potter, serving on S.S. Sheaf Mount (Newcastle upon Tyne) with the Merchant Navy who died 24/08/1942.

The son of Frank Edgar and Ethel Potter. His brother John also fell.

His Merchant Seaman records give his address as The Grand Hotel, Fort William, Scotland.
