The son of Harry and Mary Spencer Baggley, of 54, Sea View Street, Grangetown, Sunderland. He was a native of Ryhope, Co. Durham.

Henry Spencer Baggley is remembered at Sunderland in S140.48 Part 8 page 154 and in our List of Ships’ Crews.
