In Newcastle upon Tyne (West Road) Crematorium is the grave of Sub-Lieutenant William Edward Nesbitt Snaith, serving on H.M.S. Daedalus with the Royal Naval Volunteer Reserve, who died 12/07/1946.

The son of William R. D. Snaith and Olive Snaith, of Wellfield, Northumberland.
