The son of Joseph and Christiana Raffle, of 98, Percy Street, Blyth.

An “In Remembrance” notice was placed in Blyth News 11/07/1921 which reads:
Raffle In loving memory of our dear son, Stoker Fred Raffle, R.N.R., of 98 Percy Street, Blyth, who died in the Naval Hospital, Chatham, July 10th 1918. Always remembered by his father and mother, sister and brothers. Death divides but his memory clings.

Frederick William Raffle is remembered at Blyth on B42.14 and B42.24 and in our List of Ships’ Crews.
