The son of Robert and Annie Atkinson and the husband of Marjorie Atkinson.

Robert Atkinson was born on the 23rd June 1916, at South Shields, the son of Robert and Annie Atkinson. They resided at 96 Bede Street, Tyne Dock, South Shields.

Robert Atkinson is remembered at Westoe in W101.08 page 3 and in our List of Ships’ Crews.
