The husband of Mary Ann Churchward, of 45, Morton Street, South Shields.

He died of illness while on a hired Trawler used for mine sweeping.

James Henry Churchward is remembered at South Shields on S86.039 (where his initials are shown as ‘J.K.’), S86.053, S86.081 S86.082 and S86.125 and in our List of Ships’ Crews.
