On Tower Hill Memorial is the name of Apprentice Thomas Pickering Bamborough, serving on S.S. Sheaf Mount (Newcastle upon Tyne) with the Merchant Navy who died 24/08/1942.

The son of Thomas and Alice Bamborough, of Dawdon, Co. Durham.
