On Tower Hill Memorial is the name of Apprentice William Kelsey, serving on S.S. Embassage (Newcastle upon Tyne) with the Merchant Navy who died 31/08/1941.

He was the son of William Wilson Kelsey and Ada Kelsey, of North Brunton, Newcastle upon Tyne.
