Address of Welcome
On behalf of the Southwick P.M. Church,
we heartily welcome you home.
You have helped to win the War by fortitude
and patience in hardship and trial. You deter-
mined that the destruction and sorrow which you
witnessed abroad would not come to England if
you could stop it, but you did, and we sincerely
thank you.
May every blessing rest upon you.
To the relatives of those who will never return
we tender our warm but respectful sympathy and
will always hold in tender memory all their suffer-
ings and sacrifice to uphold the honour of England
and our native Town.
The Committee.
