Memorial Description

Plaque 2 feet 6 inches high x 18 inches wide on marble pattress. An anchor is incised in each corner, and at centre top is a plain black cross. The names are listed in two columns divided by a vertical black line. The dedication is in Gothic script, elongated Roman capitals for the names, and lower case for the quotation at the bottom.
