Memorial Description

Plaque 1 foot 7 inches high x 2 feet 6 inches wide set on a wood frame. There is a raised twisted rope edge. In the top left hand corner is a wreath raised in half relief. The names are listed in two columns under the service headings. All lettering is in raised Roman capitals.
It seems that this formerly was on a marble pattress.
