Plaque, very plain, with loop pattern at top, underneath which is a cross raised in half relief. The names are incised in a single column using Roman capital lettering. There is a flower ledge below.

1. The name of Peter Martell looks, on the photograph, as having been altered from something else. At first glance the name "Peter" reads as “Retier”.
