a. Unveiled and dedicated 31st October 1920 by Bishop Ormsby.

Memorial Description

Reredos of eight panels, four on each side, each panel having tracery at the top.
In the framework above the panels is a series of bosses of flowers carved in half relief.
The dedication is carried on the frame below the panels, incised in elaborate capitals. At the top of each panel is an incised cross, below which the names are listed in a single column, using plain lower case lettering. The names from 1914-18 are on six panels, those from 1939-45 are on the extreme right panels.

Notes

1. The faculty for 1939-45 allows for the names from 1939-45 to be added to those of 1914-18, but also states that the two blank panels should be moved to the south end of the east wall, with the names and dates from 1939-45 incised on each panel.
