Unveiled 24th April 1921 by Mrs. Bainbridge of Eshott Hall. Dedicated by Rev. H.L. Hines, circuit pastor and superintendent.

Memorial Description

Plaque 17 inches high x 28½ inches wide (431 mm x 723 mm), rectangular but with triple rounded top.
The names are in two columns. Lettering is in Roman capitals, and at centre top is the IHS cipher.

The church in 1998-2000 underwent a complete refurbishment.

Frame carved by J.P. Whittle of Amble.

Notes

1. Described in Morpeth Herald as "carved fumed oak frame with brass tablet"

2. This church was formerly the Primitive Methodist Church. For a while, the building was used as a warehouse. Then the three Methodist (High Street Wesleyan and Percy Street) churches united to become Trinity Methodist.

3. The plaque has been placed above A13.10 memorial for both wars.
