Unveiled 16th October 1920 by Mr. James Readhead, President of the Club, dedicated by Rev. R.P. Moorsom, Vicar of Cleadon.

Memorial Description

Plaque 25˝ inches high x 21 inches wide (647mm x 533mm) with stylized border culminating in each corner with a square containing two circles.. Down the left hand side is a sword on which are superimposed a golf bag with clubs, laurel leaves and a rifle. The inscription is on the right hand side, the dedication in elongated Roman capitals and the names in lower case Roman. The quotation at the bottom is in elongated Roman capitals.
