Eagle lectern on octagonal base and fluted pedestal with total height 5 feet 9 inches (1.75m) . The eagle wing spread span is 1 foot 10 inches (524mm) wide.
There is a plaque 1 foot high x 6 inches (454mm) wide tapering to three inches (76mm) on which are the names incised in two columns.
