Original Location
Holy Trinity Church, Peareth Hall Road. On north wall adjacent to the pulpit.
Present Location
Originally at the east end of the church but relocated in 1907 following a major extension to the building.

Memorial Description
Plaque 8 inches high x 12 inches wide (204mm x 304mm). There is a raised dome at centre top which carries the regimental badge in half relief. There is a single line border round the complete edge. The lettering is in Roman capitals.
