Unveiled 10th February 1923 by Lieut.Col. R. Ritson of Sniperley Hall.

Memorial Description

Plaque 1 foot 8 inches high x 2 feet wide x on wide oak pattress 3 feet high x 3 feet 4 inches wide. The oak pattress has a dome at the top, underneath which is laurel wreath in half relief inside which are the words “Their name liveth for evermore”. The dates “1914” and “1918” are in panels on either side.
The brass plaque containing the names is centrally placed, fixed in each corner by a stud shaped like a flower. The names are listed in three columns in sans serif capitals throughout.
