Memorial Description

Plaque 2 feet 6 inches high x 3 feet wide (762 mm x 914 mm). There is a wide margin of red marble surrounding a white marble central panel on which is the dedication. At the top is a wreath carved in half relief in white marble. The lettering is in black Roman capitals.
