Memorial Description
Stained glass window of two lights depicting St. Michael and St. George. Below St.Michael is the Roddam coat of arms; below St.George is the badge of the Northumberland Fusiliers. The inscription is across the bottom of both lights, and between the badges, hand painted in black lettering using elaborate script, on a painted scroll background.

In loving memory of Captain / Robert Collingwood Roddam
The Northumberland Fusiliers / only son of Lt. Col. R.J. Roddam of Roddam
and Helen his wife. Awarded the / Military Cross for Gallant and Distinguished
Services in the Field at St. Eloi, Belgium / killed in action at Hooge 16 June 1915 aged 25.
