Unveiled Sunday 27th May 1923 by Countess Grey of Howick.

Memorial Description

Plaque 153cm high x 128cm wide. The plaque has a domed top, expanded outwards to form a shelter. The plain sides are also stepped in to the central main plaque. From the top, a Crusader's sword in half relief reaches down two thirds of the panel, and the names are listed on either side. The dates are at the top, on either side of the sword handle. All lettering is incised using Roman capitals.
