Memorial Description
Stained glass window of two lights.
The left light depicts St. George, with his flag above him, and repeated in a shield at the top. Below this is a coat of arms in the shape of a shield of blue background with an ancient yellow boat at centre, anchors at three corners and the motto "Facta Non Verba" ("Deeds not words").
The right hand light depicts St. Joan of Arc, in a similar manner, but at the bottom of this light is the dedication, written in black lettering with yellow capitals to the names, using upper and lower case letters.

who fell on the Ypres Front
on the 7th of September 1915

who was killed in action while in command
of the 10th West Yorkshire Regiment
during the British Advance on the Somme
1st of July 1916.
