Plaque, 91cm high x 70.5cm wide. There is a decoration of carved roses in the cornice. The central panel is sunken. Lettering is carved and gilded using sans serif capitals.

1. The plaque was kept in the house of Ernie Coe, former Mayor Castle Morpeth, who lives at Hartburn.
2. Mr. Coe speculates that the plaque might have been made by people at Angerton. One of the names on the memorial is Mather. The Mathers of Angerton were joiners.
