Unveiled January 1920 by Rev. George Wright BA., of Chester-le-Street, superintendent minister. Mr. W. Lee of Burradon Colliery was the preacher.

Memorial Description

Plaque in the form of a scroll on a black pattress. The names are listed in a single column. Lettering is in sans serif capitals with the quotation in italic capitals.

1. The owner in 2006 said that the church closed in 1985 and the pulpit and war memorial were removed then later sold.
