Originally erected in Tynedale R.F.C. Clubhouse at Dene Park, Hexham. Removed to Corbridge when the new clubhouse was built there in 1974.

Memorial Description

Plaque, 42cm high x 66cm wide, set in a plain wood frame. There is a single line border, incised. The title, dedication and postscript are in Roman capitals. The names are listed in three columns using sans serif capitals in white.
