Plaque on oak pattress 40½cm high x 71cm wide. There is a single line border. The name is in elaborate capitals, with the initials in red. All other lettering is in sans serif capitals. The dates 1914-1919 and the words "The Great War" appear above the border in red.

aged 22 years who was killed in action
25th April 1917 and was interred at Aubigny.
