Plaque, 8 inches high x 10 inches wide (30.5cm x 40cm) on wood pattress. At the top left hand corner, the regimental badge is in half relief. The inscription is in Roman capitals.

Lieut. Harry Lowes Willey,
of the 23rd Battn. Manchester
Regt. who was killed in action at
Langemark, near Ypres, Belgium
22nd October, 1917 aged 24 years.
