Memorial Description

Roll of Honour on pre-printed form. At the top is a border which extends down the sides. At the bottom on each side is a shield in which are the words (left) Declaration / of War /August 4th / 1914” and (right) “Peace Declared” and the rest left blank.
The words “Roll of Honour” are across the top, with the initial letters highly illuminated. “For King and Country” appears on a scroll below this, followed by the name of the school. At the bottom is a cross in each corner.
The names and other details are listed in two columns, all handwritten.
