Memorial Description

Plaque approx 3 feet high x 2 feet wide. The plaque has a beveled edge. The names are handpainted in two columns. Lettering of the dedication is in Old English, the names in sans serif capitals, all with red initials.

1. This was handed in for auction as part of a farm clearance in April 2010.

2. At the auction, the plaque was purchased by the Thropton Village Hall Committee for erection in their village hall with the purpose of keeping it in the Coquet Valley and also finding out its origin.
