Memorial Description
Plaque with dome at centre top, 25 inches high x 15 inches wide set on a wood pattress 2 inches wider all round. There is a decorated border and floral decoration. At centre top is a stylised plant with the flower in the shape of a roundel containing the “IHS” symbol, and a Tudor rose on each side. Blow this and above the dedication is a shield containing the “Chi Rho” symbol with a cross at each side. Design and lettering is raised using Roman capitals throughout.

1. The Church – which is relatively unique in being constructed from a “kit” of corrugated sheeting sections, has recently celebrated the hundredth anniversary of its construction and dedication.
