Leadbitter, F.J.G., 2nd Lieut., 1917

In Guards' Cemetery, Lesboeufs is the Commonwealth War Grave of Second Lieutenant Francis John Graham Leadbitter, serving with the King's Royal Rifle Corps who died 05/03/1917.

In St. Michael's Church is a plaque, designed by the firm of Ralph Hedley, which reads:

To the memory of
Thomas Francis Leadbitter of Warden
(grandson of Nicholas Leadbitter of Warden)
born May 26th 1839 died Jan. 10th 1925
and
Matilda, his wife, born 1847 died 1910
Also his eldest son
Francis John Graham, Tempry. 2nd Lieut., K.R.R.
born 1881 killed in France 1917
and his daughters
Margaret Helen Finch born 1879 died 1906
and
Frances May Robertson born 1874 died 1924
